How it Works

Open House HD is a FULL SERVICE provider so we do all the work for you! When you get a listing, simply log on to your local Open House HD page and fill out the basic listing information and we do the rest!!

So, what do we do on our end?

Once we receive the listing information from you, we immediately contact you to schedule a time for us to go to the property and take pictures and shoot the HD video.

What’s next?

Once we shoot the video and take pictures, we immediately begin work on the editing and stabilizing of the video. You will be sent a link to view and download any and all pictures you wish for your website and the MLS. We then add the professional narration and background music to the edited video and send you 2 links to the finished product. One link is a “branded” link to be used on websites, Facebook, Twitter, etc.. The other is an “unbranded” link which is used to place on your MLS.

Our job is not done there. We then register a unique URL for your property (ex: www.121pembrokecircle.info) and syndicate the video out to numerous video and real estate websites. We also build you your own video webpage so users can view other properties you may have.

But that’s still not all... We also incorporate Mobile Marketing into your package. This includes a code for users to text in to receive information on the property, a separate QR code (if requested), a sign to display next to your sign, and a special mobile website for each property if desired. This package is VERY popular because it allows you to capture the phone number of the person requesting the information. What better way to generate a LEAD??
